As a Senior Associate for our "Financial Services/Insurance" Competence Center, you are advising our clients in the insurance industry on challenging projects on strategic, organizational and procedural issues.

Your tasks

• As a valuable member of a dynamic project team, you analyze and optimize our clients’ sales and claims management processes in the insurance sector regarding effectiveness and efficiency
• Within the area of Customer Services and Customer Excellence, you independently develop innovative, digitalization-driven solutions and critically evaluate them - whilst discussing recommendations for actions and presenting them confidently to our well-known clients
• As a Senior Associate, you are also responsible for managing smaller workstreams and support Consultants in their professional development on a project basis
• With your expertise, you actively contribute to the further development of the “Financial Services/Insurance” Competence Center

Your profile

• You have completed your university master's degree in economics, (business) informatics or natural sciences
• Ideally, you have a double academic qualification (in addition to your university master's degree, e.g. a doctorate or an MBA)
• After completing your master’s degree, you have already gained one to three years of experience in industry or management consulting
• You are fluent in German and English; additionally, you have excellent analytical skills
