Manager Financial Services - Life Insurance (m/f/d)

As a Manager for our "Financial Services/Insurance" Competence Centre, you are advising our clients in challenging projects on strategic, organizational and procedural issues in the insurance industry with particular focus on life insurance.
Your tasks
- You analyze product strategies with a focus on biometrics and savings products and further develop them with a forward-looking perspective
- As part of conduct optimization initiatives, you ensure smooth workflows and derive measures to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- You support the implementation of independent SaaS platforms for the sales and administration of corporate pension solutions, particularly in the area of occupational pension schemes
- You take the lead in managing portfolio migrations and contribute innovative solutions to address potential process challenges
- Beyond the life insurance sector, you apply your expertise in sales optimization, customer excellence, and cost-cutting projects
- You are responsible for (sub-)projects, provide functional leadership to consultants within the project context and support their professional development
- With your expertise, you drive the internal development of the “Financial Services” Competence Center, with a focus on life insurance topics
Your profile
- You have completed your university master's degree in economics, (business) informatics or natural sciences with above-average results
- Ideally, you have a double academic qualification (in addition to your university master's degree, e.g. a doctorate or an MBA)
- You have worked in the financial services sector for at least four years and gained experience in management consulting
- You are fluent in German and English; additionally, you have excellent analytical skills
