Ihre zentrale Rolle

• Verantwortung für Planung, Steuerung und Monitoring internationaler strategischer Programme inklusive Fortschrittstracking, Budgetkontrolle, Risikomanagement, Zielerreichung und Entwicklung passender Gegenmaßnahmen
• Erstellung von Reports und Dashboards unter gezieltem Einsatz von GenAI-Tools zur Automatisierung und Effizienzsteigerung der Berichterstattung
• Erstellung aussagekräftiger Performance- und Finanzanalysen als Grundlage für Managemententscheidungen, inklusive Weiterentwicklung von Steuerungsinstrumenten, Frühwarnindikatoren und Bewertung von Effizienzpotenzialen durch GenAI
• Aufbereitung von Top-Management-Terminen, Strategiedialogen, Gremiensitzungen sowie Quartals- und Performance-Gesprächen, inklusive Entscheidungsunterlagen, Statusberichten und Darstellung des Fortschritts zentraler internationaler GenAI-Projekte
• Konsolidierung und Abstimmung entscheidungsrelevanter Informationen mit Strategie-, Finanz- und Fachbereichen sowie IT-Bereichen, Unterstützung bei Priorisierung strategischer Themen, Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen auf Portfolioebene sowie Bearbeitung von Sonderthemen und Ad-hoc-Analysen für den Vorstand

Ihr Profil

• Höherer Hochschulabschluss (idealerweise Promotion oder MBA) sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Mitarbeit und/oder Leitung komplexer Projekte, idealerweise mit fachlichem Schwerpunkt im Bereich Finance und/oder IT
• Fundierte fachliche Expertise und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finance- und/oder IT-Umfeld, idealerweise mit praktischer Erfahrung im Einsatz und in der Weiterentwicklung von GenAI-Lösungen für strategische und finanzielle Steuerungsprozesse
• Sehr ausgeprägte analytische Stärke und konzeptionelle Kompetenz, mit schneller Einarbeitung in neue Themen und Entwicklung fundierter Entscheidungsempfehlungen, idealerweise gepaart mit einem ausgeprägten Verständnis von Finanzkennzahlen, IT-Architekturen und aktuellen GenAI-Technologien
• Hervorragende organisatorische Fähigkeit und effizientes Zeitmanagement, mit hoher Selbstständigkeit und Verlässlichkeit in der Aufgabenbearbeitung
• Exzellente kommunikative Stärke im Umgang mit Führungskräften und Vorständen sowie souveräne Steuerung des Austauschs zwischen vielfältigen Stakeholdern
• Hohe Eigeninitiative, Einsatzbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit und Offenheit für internationale Dienstreisen in einem diversen, modernen Arbeitsumfeld
