Ihre zentrale Rolle

• Leitung und Umsetzung eines innovativen IT-Projekts im internationalen Projektteam zur Modernisierung eines Mainframe-Bestandsführungssystem der ERGO Sachversicherung, welches maßgeblich die Zielarchitektur für das Ressort Schaden/Unfall gestaltet
• Sie entwerfen die Projektpläne für unsere Vorhaben, treiben deren Implementierung voran und berichten über Programm- und Projektfortschritt in den entsprechenden ERGO Gremien
• Sie fördern eine offene und kollaborative Teamkultur in Ihrem internationalen Projektteam
• Sie verantworten eigenständig ein hohes Projektbudget im Rahmen des ERGO Strategieprogramms, treffen weitsichtige Entscheidungen zur Ressourcenallokation und verwandeln so unsere Investitionen in erfolgreiche Produkte
• Sie identifizieren potenzielle Herausforderungen bevor sie entstehen und entwickeln kreative Lösungsansätze, die Ihre Projekte auch durch komplexe Situationen navigieren
• Sie schaffen ein Umfeld für kontinuierliche Verbesserung und etablieren innovative Prozesse und Best Practices, damit wir gemeinsam immer besser werden

Ihr Profil

• Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Informatik, Ver-sicherungswesen oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich und bringen mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung größerer Projekte mit
• Visionäre Projektleitung mit Begeisterung für die Gestaltung der IT-Zukunft für Schaden/Unfall sowie Erfahrung in der Modernisierung von Mainframe-Technologien
• Sie beherrschen sowohl agile (Scrum, Kanban) als auch klassische Projektmanagement-Methoden
• Sie besitzen präzise Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Empathie, um ein unterstützendes und motivierendes Arbeitsumfeld auf allen Ebenen zu schaffen - vom Entwicklerteam bis zur Geschäftsführung
• Sie haben sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Lust zu reisen und Freude daran, in einem internationalen Umfeld erfolgreich zusammenzuarbeiten
• Sie sehen Herausforderungen als Chancen und entwickeln sich kontinuierlich weiter
