Ihre zentrale Rolle

• Entwicklung bestehender und Aufbau neuer Vertriebs- und Bankenkooperationen sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kooperationen als verantwortlicher Koordinator für vertriebliche Wachstumshebel im Kooperationspartnermodell
• Optimierung des Produktportfolios im engen Austausch mit unseren Kooperationspartnern, unserem Vertrieb und den relevanten Segmenten, inklusive Steuerung und Umsetzung beschlossener Maßnahmen
• Diversifikation unseres Vertriebswegemixes durch die schrittweise Erschließung aller relevanten Vertriebskanäle unserer Kooperationspartner, Optimierung der Antragsstrecken auf Basis von Nutzer-Feedback und Verhaltensanalytik sowie Entwicklung von vertriebsnahen Anwendungsfällen für neue Technologien/Innovationen (z.B. GenAI, Metaverse, Avatare)
• Konzeption und Umsetzungssteuerung eines stetig weiterzuentwickelnden Maßnahmenplans entlang der Themenfelder Marketing, Kommunikation, Schulungen, Wettbewerbe und Events neben der eigenverantwortlichen Umsetzung von Arbeitspaketen/Projekten inkl. Steuerung, Weiterentwicklung und Führung von Teammitgliedern sowie Management der relevanten Stakeholder (inkl. Top-Management)
• Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Bancassurance- und Partnerstrategie, insb. Identifikation, Entwicklung (u.a. Business Case, Gremienprozesse) und Umsetzung von relevanten Wachstumsmöglichkeiten bei unseren Partnern selbst und in Deutschland

Ihr Profil

• Überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (z.B. Wirtschafts-wissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik)
• Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung oder in stark konzeptionell arbeiteten Bereichen (z.B. Corporate Strategy) in einem Finanzdienstleistungsunternehmen; alternativ: abgeschlossene Promotion
• Analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, hohes Engagement, Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
• Hohe Technologieaffinität und Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Umsetzungsprojekten an der Schnittstelle zur IT
• Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in den gängigen Office-Anwendungen (insb. Powerpoint inkl. Storytelling und Excel) sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
