Ihre zentrale Rolle

• Mitarbeit im Information-Security-Team des Risikomanagements (2nd Line of Defense) und Betrieb des ISMS in den verantworteten ERGO-Tochtergesellschaften
• Festlegung von Vorgaben und Richtlinien zur Informationssicherheit in Abstimmung mit Konzerngremien sowie Vertretung der Informationssicherheitsinteressen in Konzern­gremien
• Zentrale Anlaufstelle der verantworteten Tochterunternehmen für alle Fragen der Informationssicherheit inkl. Planung und Organisation von IS-Awareness-Kampagnen
• Sicherstellung der Inventarisierung von Informationen gemäß regulatorischen Anforderungen, Ermittlung und Kontrolle des Schutzbedarfs sowie Berichterstattung über den Stand der Informationssicherheit und IS-Risiken an die Führungsgremien
• Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Untersuchung und Berichterstattung von Informationssicherheitsvorfällen und -bedrohungen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium (Informatik/Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder IT-nahe Berufsausbildung mit einschlägigen Weiterbildungen
• Berufserfahrung in Informationssicherheit, Compliance oder IT-Revision, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen regulatorischer Anforderungen (z. B. VAIT, BSIG/BSI-KritisV)
• Spezifische Fachkenntnisse in Sicherheitsstandards und Zertifizierungen (z. B. ISO 27001 LI/LA, CISA, CISM, CISSP)
• Stark ausgeprägte analytische, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Adressatengerechte Kommunikation, sichere Präsentation komplexer Sachverhalte auf allen Ebenen sowie hohe Kooperationsbereitschaft und Teamorientierung
