Junior Sales Manager (m/f/d)

In this role you will

• Supporting the Senior Sales Managers in global customer care and the expansion of customer relationships
• Support selected multinational growth customers and advise them along the entire value chain, including working capital, using the entire GTS product range
• Be responsible for the successful acquisition of new customers as well as the sustainable maintenance and systematic expansion of existing customer relationships and position HSBC as a strategic partner for the customer. In doing so, you will utilize HSBC's global network
• Support in preparing for client meetings through presentations, financial analyses, and analyses of the client ecosystem
• Close, transparent collaboration with the bank's client service teams and participation in internal and external customer meetings
• Generation of new business ideas in collaboration with internal stakeholders to prepare and design customer-oriented solutions and presentations

You should apply if you have

• A successfully completed degree in economics and/or completed banking training or similar professional training with comparable further qualification
• Experience in solutions structuring in trade finance and deep GTS product understanding: supply chain, receivables finance, traditional trade (Letters of Credit, imp/exp finance) and guarantees is a must
• Sound knowledge of international commercial business (letter of credit, guarantees, medium/long-term export financing), receivables finance, supply chain finance and working capital management
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment while making material progress with clients and stakeholders across the global HSBC network
• Enjoyment of developing and exploring new topics in the field of trade finance
• A strong customer and service orientation as well as a confident demeanor in front of costumers and management
• An independent, precise and structured way of working and high social and teamwork competence
• Very good English and German language skills as well as very good communication skills
