Associate Partner (f/m/d) Freelance basis

Location: Nationwide / DACH region

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independent acquisition of new clients and development of long term partnerships
• Autonomous advisory support for clients in filling leadership positions
• Independent identification and placement of qualified executives for search mandates
• Full ownership of the entire selection process, from identification and aptitude assessment through to successful placement
• Professional representation of NELEX AG at your location, across all client and candidate interactions as well as at networking and industry events
• Focus on your business while we take care of administrative tasks, marketing and technical infrastructure

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of experience as an executive search consultant with a strong client and contact network at leadership level
• Strong communication skills and a natural affinity for business development, enabling you to deliver first class consulting services
• An entrepreneurial mindset and financial stability as a solid foundation for your independent work as a consultant, while at the same time operating as a team player within NELEX AG
• A genuine passion for digitalisation and disruptive technologies
• An authentic and confident personality who brings innovative perspectives and thinks in solutions
• Excellent German and fluent English, both written and spoken
