Werkstudent:in - IT Management

Your Tasks

• General support in the administration of the departments within the area Industrial Lines Development, such as organising office suppliers (hardware, licences etc.), managing calendars, processing invoices, assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents
• Managing internal and external communication inclouding email correspondence and telephine calls
• Collecting and analyzing data to assist with reporting and evaluation
• Coordination, scheduling and preparation of management appointments including gathering and preparing necessary content with PowerPoint, Excel, Miro or other tools

Your Profile

• Started studies in business administration, business informatics or a comparable degree programme
• Strong communication skills and openness in dealing with people
• Strong organisational skills and a passion for creating structures
• Constant endeavour to optimise existing processes
• Proven experience in working with Microsoft Office 365 and Miro
• Fluency in German and English
• Strong ability to work in a team and high level of initiative
