Transform360 – SAP Manager Controlling(f/m/d)

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Foster the conceptional development and implementation of a new sustainability reporting across the entire GEA Group AG from a finance perspective; especially Corporate Controlling
• Ensure the target tracking process of the GEAs Mission ’26 sustainability targets with the new sustainability/ ESG reporting (e.g., Definition of KPIs and additional metrics)
• Identify, define, and drive sustainability/ ESG reporting prerequisites and mandatory elements under the consideration of the official regulatory requirements / EU Taxonomy
• Continuously monitoring of existing and potential upcoming regulatory requirements to ensure an anticipation of external needs and deviation of implementation tasks
• Drive automatization initiatives for an efficient and effective data and reporting process
• Orchestrate cross functional implementation and alignment processes for data collection/ exchange
• Active stakeholder management across the entire GEA Group from a Corporate Controlling perspective, e.g., Sustainability Department, Investor Relations, Corporate Accounting as well as Division & Regional Management

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Successfully graduated academic degree in Economics/ Business Administration or IT, ideally with focus on Controlling
• Interest in sustainability topics and willingness to work on a new regulatory framework from a Corporate Controlling / reporting perspective
• Excellent analytic skills and ability to think conceptually
• Hands on approach, goal orientation working behavior as well as project management skills required
• Experience in designing reports, dashboards and presentations
• Competent handling of SAP SEM-BCS, SAP BW, SAP Analysis, as well as MS Office, predominantly Excel und PPT
• Basic knowledge of Alteryx, Dashboarding with SAP Analytics Cloud as well as VBA preferable
• Pronounced ability to work in a team
• Very good communication skills, especially in English & German
