Test and Measurement Service Engineer Lead (m/f/d)
With more than 30 years of experience in Partial Discharge (PD) measurement, Power Diagnostix is a market leader offering the broadest range of products for portable, on-line, off-line, and monitoring PD solutions. To enhance our experienced team, we are looking for motivated and qualified employees to strengthen our team in Aachen.
Your tasks:
- Organisation and management of the Power Diagnostix Service Group
- Being a contact person for the international distribution and sales network
- International exhibitions representation
- Service measurements at customers worldwide as well as commissioning of instruments and systems
- Test equipment management
- Support of the development department (Hardware/Software)
- Support, training, and presentations for customers and sales representatives
- General tasks of a service engineer (e.g., preparation of test reports, documentation of work and test procedures)
- Technical sales (SAP, C4C, order processing)
Your profile
- Degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Business Administration and Engineering)
- Experience with partial discharge and/or high voltage technology
- Experience in conception and architecture of complex systems
- Leadership experience
- Experience with MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- High commitment and reliability
- Structured and goal-oriented way of working
- Fluent in English (the firm’s business language)
- Willingness to travel
