The position is a ‘mini-job’ and is limited in time for 6 months (with option of extension).
Your mission
As a Student Assistant (f/m/d), you will support our team in developing, testing, and communicating innovative learning initiatives. Your tasks may include:
- Assisting in the design and coordination of workshops, hackathons, and learning innovation events
- Supporting the development of our digital resources
- Conducting research on trends in educational technology, AI in higher education, and active learning methods
- Helping manage communication, documentation, and internal knowledge sharing
- Providing administrative and logistical support for departmental projects
- Collaborating with students, faculty, and staff on innovation pilots and experiments
Your profile
- Preferably enrolled student (Master’s or MBA level)
- Strong interest in education, learning design, or technology-driven innovation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented mindset
- Experience with AI tools or learning platforms is an advantage
- Fluency in English (German is a plus)
