Your leadership responsibilities with us
- Develop, implement, and scale strategic initiatives
- Lead and nurture high-performing, cross-functional teams
- Own key metrics across revenue, growth, and operational efficiency
- Build and sustain an innovation-driven company culture
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as equals
Your profile
- Several years of leadership experience in relevant digital business environments
- Strong grasp of SaaS or e-commerce strategies & KPIs
- Excellent communication, confident decision-making, and emotional intelligence
- Hands-on approach combined with strategic foresight
- Boldness for change and a deep passion for innovation
