About us
kwbau GmbH stands for comprehensive planning and project management in the construction industry - technically proficient, economically sound and with a clear focus on ecological and social aspects. In service phases 6-8 according to HOAI - i.e. tendering, awarding contracts and construction supervision - we take on the entire structural planning and, if desired, also act as general planner. We accompany construction projects from the initial idea to completion - reliably, transparently and with high quality standards.
Your tasks
Leadership & support: Contact person for site managers, tendering and cost planning teams. You provide guidance, clarify complex issues and support employees in their development.
Consulting & strategic management: You advise shareholders on new projects, the presentation of problems and the development of proposed solutions.
Communication & representation: You are the face of the company on site - representing it to clients, partners and authorities. You communicate clearly, confidently and with empathy - both internally and externally. Your ability to convey complex issues in an understandable way makes you the central interface between project teams and stakeholders. When different interests collide, you confidently take on the role of moderator and lead solution-oriented discussions.
Quality & structure: You create the framework for efficient processes and ensure that quality standards, budgets and schedules are adhered to.

Your profile

• At least 15 years of experience in the construction industry, particularly in HOAI service phases 6-8
• Completed degree (civil engineering, architecture or comparable)
• Several years of management experience, ideally in construction management, project management or client representation
• Strong communication, moderation and conflict resolution skills - confident in dealing with clients and teams
• Willingness to travel for regular site visits (2-3 days/week)
