Diese Aufgaben warten
- Durchführung von Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an mobilen Hubarbeitsbühnen (MEWP), einschließlich Scheren-, Gelenk- und Teleskoparbeitsbühnen
- Überwachung der Servicequalität und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von CE-Normen und Sicherheitsstandards
- Identifikation und Meldung von Qualitätsproblemen bei Dienstleistungen und Produkten im Bereich MEWP
- Dokumentation von Serviceaktivitäten und aktive Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Produktverbesserung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden zur Erfassung detaillierter Produktanforderungen und zur Optimierung des Serviceangebots
- Kooperation mit dem Team zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Dienstleistungssystems
Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Wartung und Reparatur von mobilen Hubarbeitsbühnen (MEWP)
- Erfahrung mit CE-Normen und Sicherheitsvorschriften im Bereich Höhenzugangstechnik
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Service, idealerweise im Bereich MEWP oder vergleichbarer Baumaschinen
- Fähigkeit zur Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung in den Bereichen Elektrik, Hydraulik und Mechanik
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen innerhalb Europas und nach China
- Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Your mission
- Carrying out maintenance, repair, and servicing work on Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs), including scissor lifts, articulated booms, and telescopic platforms
- Monitoring service quality and ensuring compliance with CE standards and safety regulations
- Identifying and reporting quality issues in services and MEWP products
- Documenting service activities and actively contributing to continuous product improvement
- Close collaboration with customers to gather detailed product requirements and enhance service offerings
- Cooperating with the team to continuously improve the service system
Your profile
- Sound knowledge in the maintenance and repair of MEWPs
- Experience with CE regulations and safety standards in the aerial access industry
- Several years of professional experience in technical service, preferably with MEWPs or comparable construction machinery
- Ability to diagnose and repair issues in electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel within Europe and to China
- Fluent in German and proficient in English
