Your tasks
- Architecting and building critical test frameworks that support multiple teams;
- Defining the strategy for contract testing between microservices;
- Solving complex synchronization and parallel execution issues;
- Establishing quality gates in the pipeline and ensuring adherence to standards;
- Guiding the team during technical planning and help resolve blockers;
- Analyzing test metrics to identify brittle tests and plan improvements;
- Writing architectural decision records (ADRs) to track important framework choices;
- Mentoring junior and professional engineers to help them advance their careers;
- Advising product management on the technical feasibility of quality goals;
- Driving the adoption of new tools that increase feedback velocity.
Your profile
- Strong practical and theoretical understanding of the best practices in software development lifecycle;
- High knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks (UFT, Selenium, Playwright, Appium, Gherkin/Cucumber. Selenium, Tayco, JavaScript);
- Good knowledge of API testing and test planning;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Experience using AI automation tools is a plus;
- Fluency in English;
- University degree in IT or relevant.
