Deine Rolle
Als (Senior) Finance Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis nimmst du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Gestaltung der finanziellen und operativen Strategien des Unternehmens ein. Dein Aufgabenbereich umfasst ein breites Spektrum an Funktionen, die für den Erfolg und das Wachstum von envelio entscheidend sind.
Wie du etwas bewirkst
- Du treibst die Geschäftsentwicklung von envelio voran, indem du Wachstums- und Effizienzpotenziale identifizierst und finanzielle Erkenntnisse in strategischen Mehrwert verwandelst.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Geschäftsplanung, einschließlich der Prognosen innerhalb des Geschäftsjahres, der jährlichen Budgetierung und der langfristigen Finanzplanung
- Du leitest aus den finanziellen und operativen Erkenntnissen Schlussfolgerungen für die Investor Relations und die Equity Story ab
- Du erstellst Business-Pläne und Szenarioanalysen für strategische Initiativen und Sonderprojekte
- Du entwickelst und verbesserst das Management-Reporting und präsentierst der Geschäftsleitung umsetzbare Erkenntnisse
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Finanzteam sowie funktionsübergreifenden Stakeholdern im gesamten Unternehmen
- Aufbau und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Planungs-, Berichts- und Prognosestrukturen
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Finanz-KPIs und Berichtsrahmenwerken
Dein Profil
- Du kannst auf mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzen/Controlling/FP&A, idealerweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld (z. B. Scale-up, Technologieunternehmen oder Beratung) zurückblicken
- Du hast einen ausgeprägten Geschäftssinn und das Verständnis dafür, wie Finanzen und Betrieb einen Mehrwert für das Unternehmen schaffen
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, strategische und operative Aufgaben in Einklang zu bringen, mit praktischer Erfahrung in Finanzmodellierung und Performance Management
- Du hast ausgezeichnete Excel-Kenntnisse (Modellierung, Szenarioanalyse, Dashboards); Kenntnisse in Airtable oder ähnlichen Tools sind ebenfalls von Vorteil
- Du denkst analytisch und datengestützt und triffst fundierte, evidenzbasierte Entscheidungen und Empfehlungen.
- Du überzeugst mit exzellenten Kommunikations- und Beziehungskompetenzen und schaffst es, Stakeholder auf allen Ebenen zu begeistern und mitzunehmen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Your Role
As (Senior) Finance Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis, you will play a key role in shaping the company's financial and operational strategies. Your responsibilities will cover a wide range of functions that are crucial to the success and growth of envelio.
How You Make an Impact
- You drive envelio's business development by identifying growth and efficiency potential and transforming financial insights into strategic added value.
- You will be responsible for business planning, including forecasts within the fiscal year, annual budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
- You will draw conclusions for investor relations and the equity story from financial and operational insights.
- You will create business plans and scenario analyses for strategic initiatives and special projects.
- You will develop and improve management reporting and present actionable insights to senior management.
- You will work closely with the finance team and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the company.
- You will establish and continuously improve planning, reporting, and forecasting structures.
- You will support the further development of financial KPIs and reporting frameworks.
Your Profile
- You have several years of professional experience in finance/controlling/FP&A, ideally in a dynamic environment (e.g., scale-up, technology company, or consulting).
- You have strong business acumen and understand how finance and operations add value to the company.
- You have the ability to balance strategic and operational tasks, with practical experience in financial modeling and performance management.
- You have excellent Excel skills (modeling, scenario analysis, dashboards); knowledge of Airtable or similar tools is also an advantage.
- You think analytically and data-driven and make informed, evidence-based decisions and recommendations.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are able to inspire and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Business fluent German and English, both written and spoken
