Scrum Master (Accounts and Deposits)
Your tasks
- Lead and coach your team to become self-organizing, self-responsible, and highly productive, ensuring alignment with Scrum values and principles.
- Facilitate and moderate Scrum ceremonies, including Refinements, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Resolve team conflicts and problems, proactively managing impediment backlogs and escalating issues as needed.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog management, prioritization, and coordination of tasks.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters/Agile Coaches, contributing to “Scrum of Scrum” initiatives and cluster-wide processes, such as PI Planning and Cluster Demos.
- Drive improvement through agile metrics, enabling transparency and supporting continuous process enhancements.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, acting as a servant leader to ensure the team achieves its highest potential.
Your profile
- Extensive knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks, supported by certifications like Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or SAFe Agile knowledge; experience in scaled environments is a must.
- Proficiency in agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Octane, and MS Whiteboard, including creating dashboards and filters for better team transparency.
- Competence in Agile metrics to assess team efficiency and implement improvements.
- Experience in organizational change management, including conflict resolution and mediation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, supporting team and individual development.
- Proficient in facilitating workshops and meetings, employing diverse formats to boost team productivity and engagement.
- Project management experience, with relevant certifications being an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or higher); knowledge of German is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Problem-solving mindset and critical thinking aptitude, with a focus on continuous improvement and team empowerment.
- Willingness to travel to Germany occasionally for team-wide workshops.
- Desirable Banking Knowledge, combined with a solid understanding of IT development processes.
