YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Employee satisfaction is our top priority. You help us achieve this by ensuring our time management runs smoothly, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing improvements.
- Modern digital systems are your area of expertise. You further develop our processes, focusing on SuccessFactors Time Tracking.
- You provide comprehensive training for colleagues and support them with clear, detailed documentation.
- Using templates, you roll out time management standards in our international retail stores and implement reports and KPIs.
- You keep an eye on operational and legal changes regarding shift models, bonuses, or overtime evaluation and adjust our processes as needed.
- Collaboration matters to you. You work well in a team and with other departments while optimizing the interface between time management and payroll.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a degree in (Business) Informatics or completed vocational training with an IT focus.
- You have several years of experience in using and configuring time management systems based on SAP HCM (PT).
- You are familiar with relevant laws and regulations in time management within manufacturing industries, ideally also in retail.
- You are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and at least two additional SAP HR modules, such as PA, PY, OM and/or ESS/MSS.
- Ideally, you have hands-on experience with ABAP, ABAP Objects, FORI, Interflex, and SAP SuccessFactors.
- You have experience in HR Controlling, including creating ad-hoc-reports.
- You are proficient in German and English, both spoken and written.
- You have strong IT affinity and an analytical, international mindset.
- You work independently, in a structured manner and with a strong service orientation.
