The Role:

As a Revenue Growth Data Analyst (m/f/d), your central role is to significantly advance our Revenue Growth Management agenda through sound data analyses and strategic recommendations. You are the driving force that enables us to optimally leverage revenue potential by continuously optimizing pricing, assortment strategies, and promotion efficiency through precise insights, thereby sustainably leading our business to success.

Your Tasks:

  • RGM Strategy: Support Category Leaders in developing data-driven Revenue Growth Management strategies.
  • Data Analysis: Derive well-founded RGM recommendations for pricing, assortment, and promotions from data.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor RGM initiatives and relevant KPIs for continuous optimization.
  • Dashboards: Maintain and update Category Dashboards to visualize performance data.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally and internationally to improve analyses and best practices.

Your Profile

  • Qualification: Completed university degree; 2-3 years of experience in Business/Sales Analytics, Controlling, Category Management, Market Research, or similar fields.
  • Analytics: Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Strong Data Competence & Analytical Mindset: Pronounced ability to logically structure and validate data and to recognize complex interrelationships. You think critically and ask the right questions of the data to uncover hidden potentials and risks.
  • Communication: Ability to pragmatically convey complex analyses and collaborate with various functions.
  • Drive: Enthusiasm to actively drive the RGM agenda.
