Deine Aufgaben

Bei Vamo ist es unsere Mission, die neue Ära des Heizens nach Hause zu bringen. Dazu vernetzen wir deutschlandweit moderne, effiziente umweltfreundliche Wärmepumpen mit unserer HeatFleet und der Vamo App für Endkunden. Wir setzen auf moderne Technologien, digitale Prozesse und ein starkes Team, unsere Automatisierungen werden von einem interdisziplinären Team von Low Code Developern, Produktmanagern & Designern gebaut.
Um unser Wachstum weiter zu beschleunigen, suchen wir dich als Projektmanager:in im Tech-Team, der/die Anforderungen aufnimmt, zusammen mit dem Team Lösungsvorschläge erarbeitet und dokumentiert, so dass wir unsere Prozesse und User-Experience auf das nächste Level heben.

Aufgaben

• Anforderungsmanagement: Du sprichst mit Stakeholdern (z. B. Sales, Operations, Marketing) wertest Datenquellen aus, sammelst Anforderungen und formulierst daraus umsetzbare Aufgaben.
• Ticketvorbereitung & Priorisierung: Du bereitest Aufgaben für unser Tech-Team zur Umsetzung von Automatisierungen und Integrationen mit Tools wie Salesforce, Zapier, Make, Heyflow und Tally vor und sorgst für klare Spezifikationen.
• Schnittstellenfunktion: Du bist das Bindeglied zwischen Business und Tech - du verstehst beide Seiten und sorgst für effiziente Zusammenarbeit.
• Qualitätsmanagement: Du überprüfst die Umsetzung von Anforderungen, testest Funktionen und stellst sicher, dass Qualität, Vollständigkeit und Nutzerfreundlichkeit stimmen.
• Prozessoptimierung: Du erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale in unseren Abläufen und bringst neue Ideen aktiv ein.

Dein Profil

• Erfahrung im Projekt-, Prozess-, Produktmanagement oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle, idealerweise in einem Start-up oder digitalen Umfeld.
• Technisches Verständnis und erste Erfahrung mit Salesforce, Zapier, Make, Heyflow, Tally oder ähnlichen Tools.
• Fähigkeit, komplexe Anforderungen verständlich zu strukturieren und schriftlich festzuhalten.
• Du behältst stets den Überblick und verlierst dabei das Wesentliche nie aus den Augen.
• Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Hands-on-Mentalität.
• Du bist ein Teamplayer mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
• Eine proaktive, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, dich schnell in neue Themen einzuarbeiten.
• Fließend in Deutsch und English in Wort und Schrift

Your mission

At Vamo, our mission is to bring the new era of heating to the home. To achieve this, we network modern, efficient, environmentally friendly heat pumps throughout Germany with our HeatFleet and the Vamo app for end customers. We rely on modern technologies, digital processes and a strong team, our automations are built by an interdisciplinary team of low code developers, product managers & designers.
To further accelerate our growth, we are looking for you as Project Manager in the Tech Team to take on requirements, develop and document solutions together with the team so that we can take our processes and user experience to the next level.

Tasks

• Requirements management: You talk to stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Operations, Marketing) evaluate data sources, collect requirements and formulate actionable tasks from them.
• Ticket preparation & prioritization**: You will prepare tasks for our tech team to implement automations and integrations with tools such as Salesforce, Zapier, Make, Heyflow and Tally and ensure clear specifications.
• Interface function: You are the link between business and tech - you understand both sides and ensure efficient collaboration.
• Quality management: You check the implementation of requirements, test functions and ensure that quality, completeness and user-friendliness are right.
• Process optimization**: You recognize potential for improvement in our processes and actively contribute new ideas.

Your profile

• Experience in project, process, product management or a similar role, ideally in a start-up or digital environment.
• Technical understanding and first experience with Salesforce, Zapier, Make, Heyflow, Tally or similar tools.
• Ability to structure complex requirements in an understandable way and to record them in writing.
• You always keep an overview and never lose sight of the essentials.
• Independent, structured way of working and hands-on mentality.
• You are a team player with excellent communication skills.
• A proactive, solution-oriented way of working and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English
