Your mission as a Production Technician
Assembly, integration, and testing of flight-ready satellites with precision and discipline. You ensure that satellite hardware is assembled, integrated, and tested according to the highest quality standards.
As a Production Technician, you are directly responsible for translating technical designs into reliable flight hardware that meets stringent requirements for performance, safety, and traceability. You will work directly on the production floor and collaborate closely with engineers and other technicians. This position is ideal for technicians who bring in-depth experience at the intersection of mechanical precision and complex electronics.
Goals & Results

- Functional tests are performed consistently and repeatably. This includes the correct setup, instrumentation, execution, and teardown of tests.
- All work is precisely and promptly recorded in the manufacturing management system to ensure full traceability and compliance.
- Ground Support Equipment (GSE) is operated safely and effectively, with the goal of preventing any avoidable damage to flight hardware.
- Quality issues are identified early and clearly escalated to contribute to the continuous improvement of assembly and testing processes.
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in precision mechanical and electromechanical assembly according to defined procedures and tolerances.
- Confident handling of mechanical drawings, circuit diagrams, and detailed work instructions.
- Ability to set up and perform functional tests using standard laboratory equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes) and structured test procedures.
- Consistent and accurate logging of work performed in manufacturing or shop-floor management systems.
- High sense of responsibility when working in controlled environments, as well as strict adherence to safety and ESD standards.
- Good communication skills (German & English) and a proactive team player with a focus on shared goals.
