As a Principal for our "Financial Services" Competence Centre, you are advising our clients in challenging projects on strategic, organizational and procedural issues in the insurance industry.

Your tasks

• You are responsible for projects at management level, orchestrate customized solutions that ensure sustainable success for our clients in the insurance environment and are the main point of contact for our customers
• You develop innovative solutions for challenges in sales, operations or cross-divisional functions, generate recommendations for action and present these confidently to our well-known clients
• You are responsible for the success of the project, take on the technical leadership of the team and support your colleagues in their professional and personal development
• You will contribute your relevant expertise to the development of growth areas and drive forward the internal development of the Competence Centre

Your profile

• You have completed your university master's degree in economics, (business) informatics or natural sciences with above-average results
• Ideally, you have a double academic qualification (in addition to your university master's degree, e.g. a doctorate or an MBA)
• You have worked in the financial services sector for at least six years and gained experience in management consulting
• You are fluent in German and English; additionally, you have excellent analytical skills
