As a Principal for our "Financial Services" Competence Centre, you are advising our clients in a project management role on challenging strategic, organizational and procedural issues in the banking industry and on the further development of their business models.

Your tasks

• You are responsible for projects in the banking environment, you develop customized solutions with a best practice approach and measurable performance improvement - you are the main point of contact for all stakeholders
• With your professional expertise, you will systematically develop complex project topics along the entire value chain of the banking industry: From strategy development to the optimization of central functions, you are responsible for the success of the project. You are passionate about finding innovative ways to achieve project success and making our clients' challenges your own
• In addition, you will take on the team leadership and support your colleagues in their professional and personal development
• You integrate your expertise, your network and your passion for success to profitably develop growth areas and advance the internal development of the Financial Services Competence Center with regards to banking topics

Your profile

• You have completed your university master's degree in economics, (business) informatics or natural sciences
• Ideally, you have a double academic qualification (in addition to your university master's degree, e.g. a doctorate or an MBA)
• You have worked in the financial services sector for at least six years and gained relevant experience in management consulting as well as in-depth knowledge of the banking industry
• You are fluent in German and English; additionally, you have excellent analytical skills
