For our valued partner in the energy industries, we are looking for a
Performance Reporting Manager (m/w/d) based in Düsseldorf (90% remote possible).
You are the architect of clarity in a complex landscape. Your combination of analytical rigor, stakeholder finesse, and process excellence makes you invaluable to how our partner steers its energy assets.
Your tasks:

• Lead performance reporting cycles, ensuring data quality and alignment across all organizational levels
• Manage KPI structures and performance dashboards, translating metrics into actionable business insights
• Coordinate cross-functional reporting contributions and stakeholder alignment calls
• Organize and facilitate governance meetings, keeping teams synchronized and decisions moving forward
• Oversee weekly and monthly reporting rhythms, maintaining timelines and quality standards
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across departments and external partners

Your qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Economics, or related field
• Proven experience in performance management, business governance, or operational reporting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex data structures
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Highly organized with attention to detail and deadline discipline
• Comfortable coordinating across departments and managing multiple reporting streams simultaneously
