As a Manager Retail & Consumer Goods (m/f/d), you advise a variety of companies on strategy, efficiency, and restructuring projects.

Your tasks

• From day one, you will be part of a highly qualified team of experts focusing on strategy, operational excellence, and holistic value creation for companies in the Retail & Consumer Goods sector.
• You conduct comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analyses of business models and derive concrete value creation opportunities and restructuring initiatives.
• You develop overarching strategies and target operating models to ensure the sustainable development of our clients’ businesses.
• Drawing on your previous experience, you understand the supply chain challenges faced by retail and consumer goods companies. To address these challenges, you develop tailored concepts and implement them together with our clients.
• You ensure effective implementation by taking an integrated approach to developing strategy, processes, and operating models.

Your profile

• You hold a university Master’s degree in Business/Economics, (Business) Information Systems, or a natural science discipline.
• Ideally, you have an additional academic qualification alongside your Master’s degree, such as a doctorate or MBA.
• You have at least four years of project experience advising retail and consumer goods companies and/or professional experience within a retail or consumer goods company.
• You have strong expertise in retail and supply chain management.
• You are fluent in both German and English.
