As Manager Recruiting (f/m/d) you will manage the complete candidate journey and take our recruitment operations to the next level. Exciting projects in the field of sales will complement your tasks.
This position is a part-time role with a workload of 30 hours per week (0.78 full-time equivalent) and is initially a one-year fixed-term contract with the potential to become extended or permanent.
Your mission
- Supporting and advising candidates for the Master's programs throughout the entire recruiting funnel, from first contact to offering a study place
- Proactive use of the CRM platform to ensure a targeted and high-quality approach across the entire customer journey
- Supporting the design, implementation, and performance tracking of recruiting formats on and off campus
- Participation in university fairs and events to recruit students for the Bachelor's and Master's programs combined with travel to (international) fairs and occasional weekend work
- Supporting the Associate Director Marketing & Admissions in the further development and digitilization of recruiting
Your profile
- Completed university degree or comparable training in a relevant field of study or training area
- First professional experience in recruiting and/or sales, preferably in a university environment
- Initiative, flexibility and organizational talent as well as outstanding service and customer orientation
- Confident and convincing communication in spoken and written German and English
- High affinity for or first experience in the use of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Careful and reliable way of working with consideration of both the detail and the 'big picture'
