• Stocking and managing lab and office supplies upon receipt
• Monitoring inventory levels and identifying items by expiration dates
• Assembling and preparing lab shipments following established protocols
• Coordinating the assembly of investigator kits for clinical sites
• Performing quality control checks on prepared shipments
• Documenting inventory records and shipment contents accurately
• Moving bulk supplies and files using appropriate material handling tools
• Supporting the team with additional operational tasks as assigned

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt effectively to changing operational needs
• Proficiency in basic mathematics, including fractions, decimals, and percentages
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 14 kg
• Competence in manual handling and use of equipment such as hand trucks
