About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Solution Analyst - RUN to join a dedicated IT team supporting food production operations. This role focuses on ensuring the stability and efficiency of IT systems critical to production, including ERP, MES, and shopfloor connectivity.

You will play a key part in resolving incidents, identifying root causes of recurring problems, and helping to optimize business processes within a dynamic production environment. If you enjoy problem-solving, working closely with operational teams, and ensuring IT systems are aligned with real-world production needs, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted IT partner for business stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and understanding their operational needs.
• Handle 2nd line functional support: resolve incidents and identify long-term solutions to recurring system issues.
• Analyze existing processes, gather functional and non-functional requirements, and propose improvements.
• Design and test updated or new solutions that align with business needs and IT capabilities.
• Create clear documentation to support sustainable implementation and knowledge sharing.
• Gain familiarity with production-specific concerns, including food safety and traceability.

Your Profile

• Languages: Professional proficiency in English. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an asset.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a production or supply chain environment, preferably in the food industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong functional understanding of ERP and MES systems (experience with CSB is a plus).
• Support Expertise: Hands-on experience in incident management and problem-solving in IT operations.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
