Your Responsibilities:
This interesting and varied position involves the following responsibilities, among others:
· Advising and assisting customers and prospective clients over the phone
· Building and strengthening long-term customer relationships
· Order entry, maintaining master data, and handling correspondence
· Processing returns and refunds
Requirements
You have the ability to convincingly present highly innovative specialised publications, as well as to advise and inspire customers.
You are highly committed, resilient, reliable, a team player, and able to work independently. You are a quick learner and have a confident and engaging manner when interacting with our customers. Proficiency in standard MS Office programs is a given for you.
You have completed a business or comparable vocational training program, and may also have experience in sales. In addition to German, you speak English well. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
