Your tasks:

• Give support to IT colleagues on first level issues as part of a the Core IT Security Services.
• Assist on technical solutions for hardware and software issues that may arise.
• Support on the setup and configuration of the laptops, devices, servers and network equipment.
• Contribute on documentation in IT.

Your skills

• You're currently studying or graduating in IT topic or similar.
• You want to learn about networks and device setups.
• You enjoy the challenges that a growing company brings with it and you face them with a great focus on solutions and a hands-on mentality. You work very reliably, precisely, and independently.
• You enjoy exchanging ideas and helping your colleagues and communicating openly and confidently at all external and internal interfaces.
• Good English skills. Due to the international orientation of the team, good English skills are a prerequisite. If you furthermore also speak German than you’re the best fit.
