Your mission

• Perform and coordinate incoming quality inspections for raw materials, components and finished goods to ensure compliance with company quality standards and specifications.
• Receive and verify incoming materials, including delivery documentation, transportation records and initial material condition checks.
• Conduct visual, dimensional and packaging inspections based on defined quality standards, specifications and inspection procedures.
• Prepare, review and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation, including inspection methods, results and detected non-conformities.
• Lead the handling of non-conforming materials in accordance with internal quality procedures and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers and internal departments.
• Support supplier quality management activities by collecting supplier-related quality data, tracking and analyzing incoming quality trends and recurring non-conformities and contributing to supplier evaluations and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure inspection tools, measuring devices and test equipment are properly maintained, calibrated and available for daily operations.
• Act as a key quality interface for internal stakeholders to support stable production quality, efficient material flow and continuous process improvement.
• Ensure all incoming quality control activities are performed in compliance with internal procedures, quality standards and operational requirements.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training, technical education or a college degree in quality management, engineering, manufacturing or a comparable technical field.
• Experience in incoming quality control, quality assurance or supplier quality management within a manufacturing environment is required.
• Good understanding of IQC processes, inspection methods and quality standards.
• Practical experience with inspection tools, measuring devices and quality documentation.
• Ability to identify non-conformities, analyze quality issues and support corrective actions in cooperation with internal teams and suppliers.
• Structured, detail-oriented and reliable working style with a strong focus on quality and process compliance.
• Confident use of standard Office applications.
• English skills at B2 level or higher, sufficient for communication in an international manufacturing environment.
• Chinese language skills are considered a strong advantage.
