As a Head of Test Management at flexhub, you shape the quality direction of an entire division. You orchestrate large-scale test programmes, set governance standards, and act as a trusted advisor to the board. Your authority in quality assurance ensures we build compliant and reliable solutions at scale. You turn abstract quality goals into concrete organisational roadmaps.
Your main tasks are:
- Primary Action: Shape the overall test strategy and organisational design for the division.
- Integration: Orchestrate the alignment of testing across different clusters and vendors.
- Implementation: Define the testing standards and governance that all units must follow.
- Quality: Set the bar for testing excellence and compliance across the portfolio.
- Collaboration: Facilitate cross-divisional workshops to align on shared environments and goals.
- Operations: Lead the response to major quality incidents and define prevention plans.
- Documentation: Create high-level status reports and quality dashboards for the board.
- Learning: Lead the QA leadership community to spread knowledge across flexhub.
- Stakeholder: Partner with business leaders to align quality investments with value.
- Improvement: Identify systemic quality risks and drive large-scale transformation.
Your profile
Your Profile
- You are a recognised authority in quality leadership with extensive experience in enterprise environments.
- Your knowledge of regulatory frameworks, vendor management, and organisational design is comprehensive.
- You can identify risks and implement Agile methodologies.
- You can manage and plan testing processes effectively.
- You have a proven ability to lead large units and influence decisions beyond your immediate area.
- You communicate with precision in English and negotiate effectively.
