Project manager for the seminar area (m/f/d)
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a project manager (f/m) for our seminars with immediate effect:
Your tasks:
- Planning and coordination of seminars in close cooperation with specialist teachers and speakers
- Advice and support for seminar participants and interested parties by e-mail and telephone
- Conception, coordination and independent implementation of seminars as well as familiarization with new subject areas
- Participant management, including registration management and creation of participation confirmations
- Organization and support for web seminars and face-to-face events
- Collaboration with the marketing team to promote the seminars and create documents
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification (e.g. event management)
- Very good communication skills and organizational talent
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident handling of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Interest and affinity for digital tools and IT applications
- Structured and independent work
- Initial experience in customer service or training would be an advantage
- Other foreign languages such as Spanish or Turkish are a plus

Honorary lecturer (m/f/d) for occupational safety, environmental and health protection in the confectionery/food industry
We are looking for a freelance lecturer (m/f/d) on a fee basis for the training course for certified industrial foremen in confectionery and food.
Your tasks:
- Preparation for the IHK exam
- Teaching according to the existing curriculum
- Lesson times from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm
- The courses are taught in blocks, one course consists of 4 blocks of 3 or 4 weeks each, spread over approx. 15 months
- Total scope: 55 lessons (45 minutes each with 3.5 lesson blocks per day)
Prerequisite:
- Completed university degree or equivalent educational qualification
- Practical professional experience in the subject area to be taught
- First experience (e.g. as a trainer, teacher or instructor) in conducting lessons
- Interest in digital and modern education
