Your Contribution

  • Manage and grow relationships with assigned key accounts, acting as the primary contact.
  • Develop and execute annual account strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify new product and project opportunities and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead global price negotiations and support internal alignment with stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and customer visits, promoting products and innovations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support complaint resolution and assist with overdue receivables in collaboration with internal teams.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in pharma, biotech, or packaging industries.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP; technically savvy and detail-oriented.
  • Self-driven, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit.
