Your profile
In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely management of lease agreements within our central ERP system. You will play a key role in ensuring contract data consistency, completeness, and compliance with internal policies.
Your responsibilities
Contract Data Management
- Enter and validate lease agreements in the central ERP
- Maintain up-to-date contract records (renewals, amendments, terminations).
Cross-Department Coordination
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Leasing departments
- Review and validate contractual documentation
Audit & Compliance Support
- Ensure accurate records are accessible for audit purposes
- Identify and escalate data inconsistencies
Reporting & Operational Support
- Generate reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to workflow improvement and best practices.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in contract administration or data management
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Real estate/property sector experience is a plus
