We are the shared service center of Deutsche Telekom Group. As an efficient and competent partner, DTSE provides services for Deutsche Telekom AG and its subsidiaries across Europe, particularly in the areas of finance, purchasing, and human resources. Now, we are establishing a new Commercial Management division to further drive growth with our proven solutions - inside the Telekom Group, and in the external market.
Your Responsibilities:
- As Business Development Manager, you will expand and grow existing customer relationships, uncovering and driving new opportunities**.**
- Act as E2E-owner for developing existing customers, driving sustainable growth across assigned value streams
- Develop and execute value-stream specific account strategies, steering opportunities from idea to closed deal through the stage-gate process
- Prepare and lead sales pitches and customer meetings, including contract negotiations and renewals
- Build and expand customer relationships, proactively fostering trust-based partnerships and ensuring high client satisfaction
Your Profile
- 7+ years of experience in account management, B2B sales, opportunity management or comparable sales-driven fields
- Fluency in both spoken and written German and English
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and high customer satisfaction
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills, across all functions and seniority levels
- Solid understanding of commercial and contractual frameworks, enabling confident navigation of complex deals
This position is also available part-time.
