• Geschäftsprozesse analysieren: Sie durchleuchten bestehende Prozesse im Bereich und identifizieren Optimierungspotentiale
• Erwartungen managen: Sie erfassen die Anforderungen der Fachbereiche, entscheiden, welche Bedürfnisse Priorität haben, und gestalten aktiv den Lösungsweg - von der ersten Idee bis zur finalen Umsetzung
• Lösungen entwickeln: Im internationalen Projektteam konzipieren Sie zukunftsweisende Konzepte, die technologische Innovation optimal mit wirtschaftlichen Zielen verbinden
• Anforderungen erstellen: Mit klaren Use Cases und aussagekräftigen User Stories liefern Sie unseren Entwicklern eine verlässliche Grundlage und sichern damit eine nachhaltige Implementierung
• Technologien vorantreiben: Sie behalten aktuelle Entwicklungen im Blick, bewerten deren Potenzial und entwickeln überzeugende Business Cases für neue digitale Lösungen

Ihr Profil

• Fachliches Fundament: Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Informatik, Versicherungswesen oder Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Bereich
• Methodisches Know-how: Sie bringen Erfahrung in der systematischen Analyse von Anforderungen und der Modellierung von Geschäftsprozessen mit, sind vertraut mit agilen Methoden wie Scrum oder Kanban
• Innovationsdrive: Sie bleiben am Puls digitaler Entwicklungen und können abstrakte Trends in konkrete Geschäftschancen übersetzen, inspirieren Teams und treiben neue Lösungsansätze voran
• Internationaler Teamspirit: Sie überzeugen durch klare Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch, bringen in internationalen Projektteams verschiedene Perspektiven zusammen und schaffen gemeinsame Erfolgserlebnisse
