- Facilitating cross-team workshops to align on shared domain models.
- Leading the response to major functional gaps and define mitigation strategies.
- Creating high-level process maps and capability models for auditors.
- Leading the analysis community of practice to spread knowledge across flexhub.
- Partnering with business leaders to align IT investments with business value.
- Identifying systemic process inefficiencies and drive large-scale improvements.
Your profile
- Expert in eliciting, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Advanced proficiency in using BPMN to document, visualize, and optimize business processes for improved efficiency and operational clarity.
- Experienced in utilizing Jira for tracking deliverables, managing workflows, and collaborating seamlessly across teams to ensure project success.
- Highly skilled in facilitating discussions, presenting complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders across all levels.
- Specializing in crafting comprehensive and well-articulated user stories to transform business requirements into actionable development tasks.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban, with expertise in backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and continuous delivery practices.
- Advanced ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis to support business decision-making processes.
- Skilled in analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, generating actionable insights, and presenting findings to drive informed business decisions.
- Exceptional ability to produce clear and structured documentation, such as business requirement documents (BRDs), process diagrams, and reports to ensure project traceability and success.
