Was Dich erwartet

Du unterstützt engagiert unser Hotel Manager beim Führen des Hotels. Dafür stellst Du ein kompetentes und hoch motiviertes Team auf, das stets unvergessliche Erlebnisse für unsere Gäste schafft.

• Du steuerst aktiv den Geschäftserfolg des Hotelbetriebs und bist für die Finanzen sowie für alle sicherheitsrelevanten Themen verantwortlich.
• Du unterstützt Dein Team in jeder Hinsicht und sorgst für ein aufrichtiges, positives Arbeitsklima.
• Du förderst das Selbstvertrauen und die Fähigkeiten Deines Teams, damit sie die täglichen Herausforderungen beheben und Beschwerden in positive Gästeerlebnisse umwandeln.
• Du identifizierst und förderst Vorbilder, die sowohl bewusst wie auch intuitiv die richtigen Verhaltensweisen im Umgang mit unseren Gästen und im Team zeigen.

Was Du mitbringst

• Du arbeitest leidenschaftlich gerne in der Hotellerie und verstehst die Zusammenhänge der einzelnen Bereiche eines Hotels.
• Du hast bereits erste Führungserfahrung und die Hands-on-Mentalität wurde Dir quasi in die Wiege gelegt.
• Du bist authentisch, motivierend und vertrauensvoll und bringst eine gute Menschenkenntnis und gute Organisationsfähigkeiten mit.
• Dein Geschäftssinn hilft Dir dabei, gemeinsam mit dem Hotel Manager (gn) schwierige Entscheidungen treffen und solide Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
• Deine Flexibilität und Ruhe zeichnen Dich aus, wodurch Du auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf bewahrst.
• Du verfügst über sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

You are committed to supporting our hotel managers in running the hotel. To do this, you will set up a competent and highly motivated team that always creates unforgettable experiences for our guests.

• You actively control the business success of the hotel operation and are responsible for the finances as well as for all safety-related issues.
• You support your team in every way and ensure a genuine, positive working atmosphere.
• You are responsible for maintaining our brand and hotel standards.
• You will build the confidence and skills of your team to resolve daily challenges and turn complaints into positive guest experiences.
• You identify and promote role models who both consciously and intuitively demonstrate the right behaviours in dealing with our guests and in the team.

What defines you

• You are passionate about working in the hotel industry and understand the interrelationships of the individual areas of a hotel.
• You already have some management experience, and a hands-on mentality is part of your personality.
• You are authentic, motivating and trustworthy and have good people skills and organisational abilities.
• Your business sense helps you to make difficult decisions and achieve solid results together with the hotel manager.
• You are flexible and calm, which allows you to keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English.
