Ihre zentrale Rolle:

• Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Analytics- und Prozess-Landschaft mit direkter Anwendung in der Praxis insb. in der Vertriebsstrategie innerhalb der Bankenkooperation
• Entwicklung von Monitoring- und Steuerungstools für verschiedene Stakeholder (insb. Vorstand, Management, Vertrieb) und Use Cases
• Mitwirkung beim Aufbau eines Tech-Stacks zur E2E-Optimierung der datenbasierten Prozesse u.a. auf Basis von SAS, Python und VBA-Programmierung
• Teilnahme an und Vorbereitung von Vorstands- und Management-Terminen sowohl für die Bankenkooperation als auch im Kontext weiterer Vertriebskooperationen
• Einblicke und Mitwirkung in unterschiedlichen Themenbereichen der Bancassurance über Business Intelligence hinaus: insb. Business Development und Sales Support

Ihr Profil

• Hervorragende Leistungen im Studium - idealerweise in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, -ingenieurswesen oder -psychologie oder alternativ einem MINT-Studiengang sowie Data Science
• Eigenverantwortung, Lösungsorientierung und Analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine proaktive und offene Kommunikation
• Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Office-Anwendungen insb. Excel und PowerPoint
• Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Consulting, Data Analytics oder Versicherungswesen und Vertrieb
• Interesse und intrinsische Motivation an ersten praktischen Erfahrungen in einem dynamischen Umfeld
