Marketing Manager (m/w/d) Video Content

For our office in Monheim am Rhein, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager / Marketing Coordinator (m/f/d) with a focus on video and content marketing to fill a two-year parental leave replacement position. The ideal candidate will successfully manage creative projects and campaigns from concept to implementation.

Tasks

• Project management of marketing campaigns and content production with a focus on video and moving images
• Planning, coordinating, and executing photo, video, and creative projects for digital channels
• Conducting project briefings in close collaboration with stakeholders, designers, copywriters, video production teams, and digital teams
• Coordination with internal stakeholders, creative teams, agencies, and service providers
• Ensuring quality, budget compliance, and on-time delivery
• Organizing and facilitating project meetings, as well as ongoing stakeholder management
• Creating and maintaining PowerPoint presentations, as well as further developing global presentation standards (empower)
• Adapting and optimizing content for various target audiences and formats based on the specific channel

Profile

• Degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, media, or communications
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing project management, ideally with a focus on video and content production
• Knowledge of video production, animation, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and PowerPoint; experience with empower is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams; knowledge of Jira is a plus
• Strong sense of design, brand communication, and digital trends
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a team-oriented mindset
• Very good German and good English skills
